Daily Rate: $58.00 plus sales tax

Good Sam/Veterans/AAA: $52.20 plus sales tax

Weekly: $406.00 plus sales tax

Good Sam/Veterans/AAA: $365.40 plus sales tax

Monthly: $585.00 plus electric

Pull thru extra $5.00 a day / or $60.00 a month

** Good Sam Members / Veterans / AAA Members / receive a 10% discount on daily and weekly rates only. Not valid for Monthly Rates.

All Deposits and Rents are Non-Refundable

• Due to our efforts to accommodate the various size units and lengths of stay, any deposit received towards a space within the Valley of the Sun RV Park doesn't guarantee a specific site number for short term or seasonal reservations.
• Annual sites are guaranteed a specific site.
• Rents are to be paid in full on the due date or arrival date.
• No refunds on early departure, unused rent, no pro-rating or subleasing of sites.
• The unused, paid portions of any site rent may not be gifted, willed, or transferred for the use of anyone other than the registered guest of said site.
• 2 Pet Maximum - No Aggressive Breeds - 30lbs maximum.
• We don't provide cable service.
• Sorry, No units older than 2009
• All units are subject to management approval
• All prospective tenants are expected to abide by our RV Rules & Regulations
